Shipping policy

Average delivery times vary based on the item ordered. Because we want to make sure your item is picture perfect, throw pillows, custom, or handcrafted items may take approximatly 7-10 business days for delivery. Shipping carries for final delivery are UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL. Due to COVID19, shipping may be slower than normal. Kindly reach out to the shipping provider listed on tracking email for updates.

Items that are not handcrafted may take longer to ship, and may ship separately depending on the warehouse location and shipping carrier selected. Average delivery time frame will vary, but can be up to 14 business days depending on the carrier. While we work to get these items to you as quickly as possible, please ensure items are ordered in enough time to receive them prior to your personal deadline.

In addition, once the item leaves the warehouse, its in the carrier's posession and will arrive at your destination as quickly as the selected carrier can deliver.

Returned to Sender & Refused Packages

This can happen for a few different reasons:

  1. If an address is invalid or missing information.
  2. The carrier is unable to deliver your package.
  3. The order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.

Returned to sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of a one use time coupon code in the amount of the total customer's purchase amount, minus resrocking fees in the amount of 50% of the item's purchase price, and minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. Instead, please use the store credit coupon code to place a new order using the correct address. Keep in mind that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder. Please note, Store Credit Coupon Codes must be used within 90 days of issuance. 

Order Tracking

Once new order is placed and shipped, the customer will receive an email providing tracking link to track package along the shipping journey. Some items may arrive in multiple packages, depending on the type of item(s) ordered.
