Covid-19 Shipping Update:

Due to Covid-19, some items may ship and/or arrive later than anticipated. We are working closely with our vendors and carriers to get your orders out as quickly as possible. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Should you have any questions, please email help@StyleBySpunki.com, and we will get back to you  within 24/48 business hours.   

How do I return merchandise purchased online?

PLEASE NOTE: All returns are refunded via store credit. Please be sure to send your item(s) back in full accordance with our return policy below:

Complete the Online Customer Contact Form and include your order number in your return package. Should you fail to provide the order number or packing slip in your package, kindly note, you may experience delays, or we may be unable to process your return. Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached, if applicable. 

  • Returned items must be sent back to us within 21 days of the delivery date.
  • Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after your item(s) are returned to us.
  • Items must be new and unopened, in original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Please include original packing slip in your returned package.
  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of a one use time coupon code in the amount of the total customer's purchase amount, minus resrocking fees, if applicable.
  • Store Credit Coupon Codes are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
  • All sales final on all handcrafted and personalized items such as Tee-shirts, Hoodie's, Sweatshirts, Baby Bodysuits, Tumblers, ornaments, etc. 
  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
  • StyleBySpunki.com is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Please email return tracking details to us via email, to ensure we can follow the package along its journey back to us. In addition, there is the option to speak to shipping carrier regarding insurance for packages if applicable.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
  • When sending back items from multiple orders, please notify us in seperate emails and include packing slip from each order returned. Missing information may cause a delay or decline in the return.
  • Please contact us through our Online Customer Contact form, or email help@StyleBySpunki.com to start the return process.

Additional notes: When returning by mail, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid. Depending on the shipping method and carrier used to return, your return package may take several days or weeks to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. If your return is shipped back to us prior to the 21 day deadline, with everything in tact according to our return policy, it will be processed at the normal returns timeframe. Without delivery physically received by us, StyleBySpunki.com will not issue a store credit for your return. Can I make changes to my order or address once the order is placed?

Please email any address and size correction details to help@StyleBySpunki.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. Once order is placed, items selected are final. (Size can be modified.)

Will an out of stock item return to your website?

Ugh, we hate when that happens. Some items may be seasonal, or may have been extra popular and sold out faster than expected. Depending on the item's popularity, it may return. If you have serious FOMO for the item, email help@StyleBySpunki.com, or visit us on social media to let us know you love the item, and if there are enough requests, who knows? The item might make a come back! Either way, stay tuned to find out!

 

When I email customer service, how long should I wait for a response?

When reaching out to customer service via email or social media, we work to respond as quickly as possible. Because we're human, we ask that you allow up to 48hrs for a response, but of course, we're working to get back to you as soon as possible.

Order Cancellations

All sales are final. Once your order is placed, we are working to get your items to you as quickly as possible. With that being said, unfortunately, all sales are final. There is a possibility that we can make minor changes on your order, if notified within 30 minutes of placing your order. Should you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us at help@StyleBySpunki.com, so we can get a replacement item to you.

Tracking Details

This is the moment you rejoice because your item is on the way! Tracking is normally sent within a few days of placing your order. Should there be any shipping delays, we'll do our best to notify you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, once your tracking number hits your inbox, you may not be able to see where the item is in transit for maybe 48hrs (Or less). But don’t worry, your item is now on its way, and your courier will be dropping it off before you know it! Wanna follow the item in transit? Head over to the courier's website and sign up for updates. You'll be able to tell them what updates you want to follow along the way!

Average Delivery Times

Average delivery times vary based on the item ordered. Because we want to make sure your item is picture perfect, it may take 7-10 business days for delivery. But don't worry, we are working to get the item out to you as soon as possible. Once the item leaves the warehouse, its in the courier's hands and will arrive at your destination in two shakes and a shimmy.
